If we are only as strong as our weakest links, what prevents us from forging stronger, healthier links in place of the weak?

Self worth is a funny thing. Confusion and guilt are two robbers cloaked in the veils of righteousness, taking thought energy from us that would be better spent creating the authentic life we really deserve. These thought patterns create a weak link, if not a complete canyon, between the life we live and the life we really want to live. So where do these weak links come from and what do we do to overcome them to create stronger links between where we are and where we want to go?

  1. I see those weak links as programming we have internalized so deeply that it feels like our own choices. It takes awareness, time, willingness to look within and pick out our own quiet voice from the cacophony of the world. Morning pages help with that :)
